What are the advantages of exercise bikes?

i need advice on how much time per day we should spare for home exercise bike and what habits should we develop to obtain good health results?

  1. why use a home excercise bike when a real one is much more fun. It best to be outdoors and see nature instead of ride and watch tv. The terrrain is much more exciting i think.

  3. If you are’nt in shape, build up the time spent exercising GRADUALLY. i.e. 10 minutes day 1, 15 minutes Day 2, 20 minutes Day 3 etc.

  5. try to get out of breath and get a sweat on. a couple of half hour stints if you can manage. eat healthily. drink plenty of fluids. and with your bike you have all the perks of cycling without the fear of getting knocked off by some half wit. enjoy and happy exercising

    remember always check with your gp before starting any exercise regime
