Note that you CAN fall off if you lean hard enough against the side rollers. Out of the saddle efforts are still shaky as I’m still getting used to the trainer. Otherwise they work great and greatly reduce the concentration required to ride rollers. I can grab a drink, but I haven’t ridden enough to go hands-free yet …
